- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Please do not trust these people with your taxes. I went for a refund advance and the woman doing it for me took 2 hours and was unprofessional, slow, and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. When I went back to file it took hours because of a system error. The woman that time had to ask 5 different people for help and had tax books all over her desk like she was just starting.
